Your organization needs the capability to look at the Business Intelligence that your data holds and the Business Intelligence pack will help you to uncover that crucial information. USIT consultants will install and configure the Business Intelligence and Warehouse components of the AS10g application server and set-up an end user layer for Discoverer. After these components are installed the consultant will build the appropriate report/object based for your specific needs.
Tasks:
- Perform Business Intelligence and Warehouse installation
- Interview key personnel and assist in the identification of Business
- Intelligence requirements associated with the client’s applications
- Outline the approach
- Assist client with setting up end user layer (for report) if necessary
- Build a BI report (or Discoverer query/object)
- ½ day hand-off/turn-over meeting
Deliverables:
- Results of interview
- Approach summary
- BI report
- Engagement summary
Duration: 2 - 5 weeks depending on complexity
Assumptions:
- The proposed hardware platform (Hardware/OS Combination) is supported by Oracle
- End user layer is set-up or end user layer will be small scale (i.e. only for this report)
- All necessary client personnel will be available to provide input and support
