 Chantilly, Virginia (November 14, 2012) - U.S. Information Technologies Corp. has earned the distinction of being named in Best Places to Work in Virginia for 2013, the second consecutive year USIT has received the recognition.
This award is based on an independent survey of the company's employees conducted by Virginia Business and sponsored by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Virginia Society of Human Resource Management.
The survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.
Organizations from across the state entered the two-part Best Places to Work in Virginia survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part involved an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
The rankings of the annual Best Places to Work in Virginia will be unveiled and published in the February 2013 issue of Virginia Business.
