USIT awarded $6B IDIQ for DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS)
December 22, 2016 - U.S. Information Technologies received notification from DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) that it was awarded a contract for DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) across all 21 competed Task Areas. DLA JETS is a multi-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with an approximate value of $6B over eight years. DLA JETS is one step in DLA’s strategy to consolidate its acquisition and procurement responsibilities. DLA JETS will replace DLA’s use of multiple other GWAC and agency specific contract vehicles.
DLA has 12 primary offices which support IT initiatives in 48 states and around the world. DLA Headquarters will provide strategy and direction to DLA. DLA DCSO will manage acquisition and procurement for DLA JETS. Under this contract, USIT will provide a full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems, across the DLA IT Enterprise. Support will be provided for information technology solutions, technical support, maintenance and sustainment; operations support; application development, maintenance and technical support; and lifecycle management. Additionally, DLA JETS also supports administrative program management support for IT program offices and DLA Information Operations (J6) Office.
USIT pursued and was awarded the opportunity as a small business prime contractor, as Contractor Teaming Arrangement (CTA) member to both Accenture and Leidos, and as subcontractor with Pragmatics. The USIT team consists of 18 subcontract partners including Accenture, Imagine One, IronBow, CGI, LMI, Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI) and 12 other companies.
