USIT participates in both medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts. These accounts help you lower your tax obligation by allowing you to set aside money for medical or dependent care expenses.
Employees enrolled in the high deductible health plan are eligible to enroll into the HSA. HSA’s are owned by the employee and are funded with pre-tax payroll deductions.
After 6 months of service, employees may participate in the educational assistance program. USIT supports employees choosing to maintain or pursue job-related skillsets. To that end, certifications, undergraduate or graduate level coursework, or an educational/technology refresh, are reimbursable up to the IRS yearly maximum.
